Guild i would like your opinion

Well seing i have the final call on this matter but id like to know the output if its a yes or no ill be very clear its about christopin coming back i for one dont like his bitching half the time about how 11 year olds kick his ass in games or the insabordination of other members of rank but i atleast want the guilds opinion on this subject.... do keep in mind he did just raged quit after i yelled at him to shape the hell up and start following orders so if he did that he could do it agian.

IF being the choice word, he is willing to fall in line then yes I would like to give him a second chance. Although this is me and I am willing to be more lenient towards the lost member.

Well rage quiting will only hurt us when it comes to PvP. I would like to say give him another chance, but if there's a possibility that he might continue to rage quit then that's a risk I do no believe we should take. Yes it's just one person but one persons actions can affect the outcome of a battle.

I think giving him a trial period wouldn't hurt. Just like a few weeks back in the guild and if in those weeks he hasn't shown any improvement, then give him the boot

as long as he doesn't cause unwanted drama or because he is here drama ensues, then I guess it will be alright. but if anything follows him or any stupid crap, then i really would not have patience

I wasn't around when he started acting like this, but it seems like we shouldn't let him back in. But it's still your call, Kane.

Sounds like a personal issue that needs to be worked out. His age that was suggested is a huge flag on maturity, personality, and overall respect for others. People talk shit all the time but from the conversations that I saw in the chat rooms, or wherever else they were held, I would not accept him back simply because of how he acts. This guild is above standards like that, keep them that way.

That is based on what I know from the postings though, I have never had any personal contact with him.

I think a size 12 steel toe boot would work well in this situation.
